4 Quick Resume Tips That Improve Results

Apply these 4 quick changes to your resume to see better results!

1) - If you haven't already, include an objective or summary. Employers need to know right away what goal you are trying to accomplish.

--Make sure your objective is short and focused, don't ramble.

2) - Bold or underline your section titles (Experience, Education, Highlights, etc) to make them stand out so the employer can quickly find the information they are looking for.

3) - Focus on results and achievements, rather than mundane job duties. What have you accomplished for other companies in the past. What awards have you received (Employee of the month 5 times in 1 year?)

4) - Never send out your resume without a cover letter. Many people make the mistake of thinking it's no big deal. It is a big deal - your cover letter is just as important as your resume.

Best Wishes,
